TLDR: I fixed my Ark host connection timeout issues / DCs by completely disconnecting and powering down my router and cable modem, plugging them back in, and then requesting a modem signal refresh through my Xfinity app. Obviously you can also just call your ISP and ask for a modem signal refresh if you can’t do it remotely through an app. I've been having some trouble trying to join a modded server.
